At ImproveTech, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which products may be returned or refunded.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and technical reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been installed, used, or tampered with
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or electrical faults
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Items returned after the 7-day return period
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@improvetech.pk with your order number
- Share clear photos/videos showing the issue
- Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps
Do not return any product without approval from ImproveTech.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and the product is received:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
Replacement Policy
If a product is found to be defective or damaged, we may offer:
- A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
- A refund, depending on the situation
Warranty Claims
Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are handled according to the warranty terms and do not cover damage due to misuse or improper installation.
